China

During our only night in WuXi China last packaged tour to South Yangtze China, after another factory visit to Wuxi Clay Teapot factory, we went to a shopping complex in the town, the most famous Parkson mall. There aren’t any pedestrian precinct at night in Wuxi like Guan Qian street in SuZhou, as what the local tour guide told us (maybe there is which she reluctant to bring us to…. :( ), so we were brought to this shopping complex, to do some shopping. Not much to shoot inside the complex. We did some shopping and I went outside to take a autumn breath.

Then I snapped this shot with my excellent Panasonic Lumix FZ28. It is just a night scene over the WuXi street but it was beautifully lit up.

After the “nothing special” night excursion, we headed back to our hotel in WuXi for the only night there. It was quite a nice contemporary designed room with comfortable setting and lighting.

One thing (at least) good about our packaged travel to China was all hotels (except HangZhou) that we stayed in were similar standard to the one I showed you here in these 2 photos, ranging from 3 to 4 stars rating.

We had a good sleep that night before we continued our exploration of the clay art city of WuXi, China. To know how the perfect pearl production like, subscribe to my RSS Feeds for free updates! – Travel Feeder.

After reading my last story on the Lingshan Grand Buddha scenic area in WuXi China, you must be wondering what and how was the “Bathing By Nine Dragons” show that we watched at the travel spot. During our short stay at the area, we managed to catch one of the 4 shows that scheduled on each day to showcase how the buddha was born as little buddha and being bathed by nine dragons surrounding him. I recorded part of the show with my Panasonic Lumix FZ28 camera in HD video mode. However, to show the clip on web, quality has been sacrificed and this is the result. Hopefully it’s still enjoyable to watch… :)

This was the 3rd of all 4 life shows we watched during our travel to China. 1st one was inside a restaurant during our dinner. 2nd show was the “Night of West Lake” in HangZhou which was the best among all 4. – Travel Feeder.
