How many times have you taken out your camera to shoot some architecture details around your travel destinations? If you know me and this travel blog well, you should also know that I love to photograph architecture more than portrait on my travel. When I spot a unique building structure, my camera will start working real hard. One of the aspect of architecture details I love to capture is the structural lines.
Here are a few shots of Santa Maria del Mar church in Ribera district of Barcelona, demonstrating the architectural lines at the facade.
I converted these 2 photos to black and white to exaggerate the impact of architecture lines rather than striking colors.
Hope you like it!

Taking travel photos in Barcelona was such a fun thing to do as it is a city full of colors. From architecture, cityscape, mountains, gardens, beaches to people, supplementing with its lovely weather and clear sky, everyone can make good photos out of Barcelona. Set aside afternoon hours for activities such as shopping, or sunbathing on the beach, so we can save some shutters without taking much photos under the harsh mid day sunlight. Otherwise, we can go all out for photo shooting in either the early morning or the late afternoon, and sure you could capture some great colors in your travel photos.
Here are 2 of my photos taken on my trip to Barcelona showing the wonderful colors you can capture in Barcelona.
