Travel Tips

Perhaps you would like to know this. I’ve made a couple of updates to my previous ‘Travel By Photo‘ series of posts. These updates are mainly restricted to those photos featured in the posts where I’ve omitted the embeded links in each photo. Instead, I’ve also added a slideshow at the bottom of the posts featuring all photos of the same photo set. Also is another link at the bottom of the posts to view full resolution version of the same photos. It will look something like this…

UPDATED: Click Here to view High Resolution version of the travel photos of Phuket Island, Thailand.

This exercise is still on going. It takes time for me to update all those 63 ‘Travel-By-Photos‘ posts in Travel Feeder. The objective of the whole exercise is to tidy up and standardize my ‘Travel By Photo’ series of posts. It is also part of my recent efforts to control and limit outbound links on my travel blog.

After all, I will still feature as many photos as possible from my photographic travels around the world, and you will still be able to travel to a destination by only my photos, without flying. :)Travel Feeder, your ultimate travel photo blog

The 5-Star icons in London, both London Eye and Big Ben are located in City of Westminster borough of London central. No single traveler visiting London would ever miss these 2 giant structures. Neither do I. On my 3rd day in London, I witnessed them with my very naked eyes. Not quite enough. I snapped them with my favourite travel DSLR combo, the Nikon D60 fitted with Tamron SP10-24mm  Ultra Wide Angle Lens (this combo will not be used anymore on my next year Eastern Europe trip as I would swap my Nikon D60 with Nikon D7000! Hooray!!). :) Guess what? I’m sharing them with my readers HERE on my travel photo blog! :)

Today, the 15th of September, 2010 is the big day for me! Today is the birthday of my dream travel companion, my ‘going-to-be’ workhorse, the new 16MP DX-format Nikon D7000 DSLR! After nearly 2 years of owning my beloved Nikon D60, I have finally found the Nikon D7000 as the perfect camera for my future [...]

Guest post by Laura Thayer When planning a vacation to Italy, the first travel destinations that come to mind are usually Rome, Florence and Venice. Having been to all three, I would certainly agree that they should be at the top of your list. After hitting the big three, many travelers head south for a [...]
