A lesser-known landmark in Barcelona, Arc de Triomf (Triumphal Arch) is a huge entrance archway that built in conjunction with the Barcelona World Expo in 1888. I was first confused it with the other much more famous and tourists attracted Triumphal Arch in Paris as they share the same name, but soon realised they are actually a totally different structure with different design, size and purposes.

It was a beautiful sunny morning on the 4th day of my travel to Barcelona when I took this photo. I zoomed it back from far distance at the other side of the pedestrian walkway.
