Travel by Video – Gwangalli Beach nightlife, Busan

Before I share my travel stories about the Gwangalli Beach of Busan, here is a short video recorded showing the Gwangalli Beach nightlife during the weekend. The video was recorded using my Nikon D7000 in HD mode, albeit a bit shaky being handheld at night. For a short 30 seconds, this video shows how the Gwangan Bridge is spanning across the sea front and a live musical show was playing at the other end of the beach. What you can hear in the background is the loud musics coming from the live show.

Gwangalli Beach is another popular beach in Busan, located alongside Haeundae Beach at its East. They are both facing the junction of Japan Sea and South China Sea. Gwangalli beach stretches about 1.4KM in a cove with some 100m wide of sandy beach. In front of the beach, Gwangan Bridge spans across it to connect Haeundae-gu and Suyeong-gu at both sides of the beach.

Gwangalli Beach nightlife

Exclusively, Gwangalli Beach nightlife during weekend is energized by the various musical live performances being held on the beach. Adjacent to the musical stage are restaurants and cafes serving meals and drinks for people sitting there to enjoy the live performance.

I loved it very much that Gwangalli Beach nightlife is vibrant and lively with mostly local people spending their weekend on the beach and its surrounding recreational outlets. I would say it was one of the highlight of my tour in Korea.
