Exactly. And make them of a dark colour so they can be used for going to places that are slightly better without much issue. People seem to carry the most inappropriate things when travelling thinking they’ll wear things they probably almost never wear at home.

From my observation, there are those who are aptly dressed for travelling (walking or sport shoes with casual clothing and backpack) and then there are those who are dressed like they’re going out for a day at the mall, shopping or hanging out in cafes etc (face made up and toting expensive handbags)

I don’t understand why some people wear heels and are dressed to the nines when they need to board flights and go sightseeing.

My most important travel tip is wear good walking shoes that will take you through the rough and tough of travelling. I liked my pair of crocs which is really comfy.
