Top 3 destinations that I visited in Seoul

I’m finally back from my exciting 10-Day Korea self guided tour! I was too exhilarated by my travel to Korea to have any extra time to actually post anything up here since a week ago! If you all miss what I have photographed during this period of time in Korea, here I pick 3 of my travel photos displaying the iconic view of the 3 top destinations that I traveled to in Korea, namely Seoul, Busan and Jeju Island. They are being named as the top 3 destinations to visit in Korea, have their individual characteristics and attractiveness.

Panorama view of Seoul

Seoul

Seoul is the capital and largest metropolitan city of Korea. It have both the modern and ancient faces of Korea where visitors can find the latest trends of fashion, cosmetic and technology as well as the old palaces and folk villages. It is also the main gateway for foreigners to enter and leave Korea. The above photo was taken on top of the N Seoul tower overlooking the busiest and most valuable Gangbok region of Seoul.

Panorama view of Busan

Busan

While being the second largest metropolitan city in Korea and the host of Busan Film Festival each year, Busan is considered by many the real Korean city for visitors to experience the Korean lifestyle. It has a more laid back atmosphere if compared with Seoul and is also the getaway city for the locals and foreigners with beautiful beaches and the largest shopping malls of Shinsegae and Lotte. The above photo was taken on top of Busan Tower overlooking the city centre of Busan.

Jeju Ilchulbong

Jeju Island

Jeju island is the Special Self-governing province of Korea with full of breathtaking natural scenes and landscaping including 4 UNESCO world heritage sites of natural wonders. Jeju has long tradition being a romantic travel destination for foreign visitors as well as the local Korean. Is is also the least developed province of Korea in terms of transportation where no railway or subway serving the island. The above photo was shot in Seongsan overlooking the shore and cliff of Ilchulbong, the UNESCO World Heritage site that was formed by volcanic eruption some 5 thousand years ago.

These are the main destinations that I visited on my Korea trip. Off course there are many other destinations worth to explore in Korea if I had more time, but no visit to Korea would complete without exploring these 3 top destinations.

More exciting photos and stories would be coming up next. Which other cities of Korea you would like to include here? Please share with us. 🙂 – Travel Feeder
