Travel snapshot – Dongdaemun wholesale market

Dongdaemun wholesale market may appears touristic to travelers visiting Seoul, with many shopping malls selling fashion goods and young and hippy local people gathering around, but in fact, Dongdaemun is the wholesale centre for local and international vendors to purchase Korean fashion goods in bulk and sell them off in other places or countries.

This is a snapshot I captured in front of one of the huge shopping mall. What you can see here are bunches of bags filled with clothes and other outfits by different vendors and being kept here with individual agents’ lines waiting for discharge.
